Remodeling of 400m2 was carried out by Decokasa Studio and its construction team, with an internal
space design proposal with defined characteristics that represent a space with character. The new distribution proposal generated one of the biggest transformations and one of the most important challenges: demolition of the dividing wall in the social area and complete reconstruction of the main bathroom. These changes in essence allowed to generate the perfect scenario to establish a design language.

The space that captivates the attention in this intervention is the main bathroom, as it becomes the final
piece of a luxury puzzle. Marble veneered walls, a bathtub, two ceiling showers hence rest and relaxation among other amenities. The project is currently ongoing.
