The overall concept is guided by unifying elements—most notably travertine—applied across multiple surfaces as a visual thread that connects and stitches together the different spaces of the house. This continuous use of stone is complemented by metal accents in brushed brass and natural stones such as quartzite, which introduce depth, texture, and contrast throughout the interiors.

The design emphasizes bespoke pieces, from a sculptural dining table that acts as a centerpiece, to the custom living room TV unit featuring local woods, imported wall coverings, and integrated mechanisms to conceal the screen. Every element is carefully curated to achieve a seamless integration of spaces through a shared material palette, creating environments that feel sophisticated yet relaxed, designed for high-traffic living and effortless entertaining.

The main living room offers a more formal and luxurious atmosphere, while the terrace becomes the true focal point of the home—an adaptable social space defined by modular seating configurations and contrasting materials that encourage gathering and flexibility.

Special attention was given to the primary suite and the owner’s office. The client, an internationally awarded professional poker player, requested a more intimate and expressive environment. These spaces feature richer, warmer tones, with applications of local woods, natural shell wall coverings, leather, and layered textures that create a distinct and personal character.

Throughout the residence, exterior areas such as balconies and terraces maintain the same design language as the interiors. Materials and forms are adapted to outdoor conditions, ensuring a cohesive architectural narrative that extends the identity of the home beyond its enclosed spaces.
